I’m Richard Anderson, founder of PC Fix Hub and owner of Cincinnati PC Repair LLC, a repair shop I’ve been running in Cincinnati, Ohio for over 16 years.
In that time, I’ve repaired thousands of computers — from overheating HP laptops and slow Dell Inspirons to gaming rigs that won’t boot and office PCs riddled with malware. I’ve seen just about every problem a computer can have, and I’ve fixed most of them more times than I can count.
